紅燒肉Stewed Pork in Brown Sauce

材料
五花肉 500公克
泡發香菇 50公克
蔥 20公克
薑 25公克
辣椒 1根

Ingredients
500 grams pork belly
50 grams soaked mushrooms
20 grams green onions
25 grams ginger
1 hot pepper

調味料:
醬油 80CC
細糖 3大匙
米酒 2大匙
水 200CC

Seasoning:
Soy sauce 80CC
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons rice wine
Water 200CC

做法:

1. 五花肉切小塊;蔥切小段;薑及辣椒拍鬆,備用。
2. 按下電鍋開關,讓電鍋外鍋加熱,放入2大匙沙拉油,將蔥、薑、辣椒爆香,加入五花肉炒至表面變白,加入水及所有調味料。
3. 蓋上鍋蓋煮約30分鐘,至水分略收乾即可。

Preparation Instructions:

1. Cut the pork belly into small pieces; cut the green onions into small sections; loosen up the ginger and pepper and set aside.
2. Press the electric rice cooker switch, allow the rice cooker outer pot to heat up. Add 2 tablespoons salad oil, green onions, ginger, pepper and stir-fry, the aroma will come out abundantly. Add pork and stir-fry until the surface turns white, add water and all the seasonings.
3. Cover the pot to cook for about 30 minutes. It's ready when the water has partially evaporated out.
